SAMAEL release new single "Hail To The Sun"

SAMAEL are back with a new single. "Hail To The Sun" is the second piece of new music from the Swiss band since "Black Matter Manifesto" in 2025 — their first material in eight years. The new track continues in the same direction, built around a stomping rhythm and a grand, heavy atmosphere. The band describe it as a song about overcoming adversity and seizing opportunity.

A new album is in the works, produced by Daniel Bergstrand. Vorph has described the record as more guitar-oriented than "Hegemony" while maintaining a clear connection to it. No release date confirmed yet.

SAMAEL have been active since 1987. "Worship Him" and "Passage" remain two of the defining records in the industrial black metal tradition.
